The season earlier Charlotte’s best efforts were fourth in the Discus and eighth in the Long Jump at the State Champs.
In 2017 Charlotte qualified for the Pacific Schools Games in Adelaide where she competed in the 100m and the 200m. Competing in her first National Championships Charlotte was not phased by her big name competition in the 100m, 200m (30.68s) and the Long Jump (3.50m). Charlotte made the final of the 100m (14.32s) and improved on her heat place to finish 6th overall. Charlotte was one of only two athletes to be selected to compete in all three low these events at PSG from all teams who participated.
Training with FAST Running has been instrumental in her success and continued development.
